Welcome to the onboarding portal!
Please go through the following steps to get your team(s) ready for the start of the ADAC e-competition. Everything you need for a clean setup in the “Pit Lane” can be found here.
1. Organizational information
We have compiled the most important information for your participation in the ADAC e-competition in the organizational notes. Please read them carefully.
2. Regulations
Please pay particular attention to the regulations/conditions of participation.
3. Team and vehicle data
You can edit the team data here independently until 20.02.2026, 12:00 noon. Please note the following points when editing:
- The team captain and team members may not be registered in two teams at the same time.
- A team must consist of at least three people.
- A mobile phone number must be provided for the team captain so that he/she can always be reached during the competition!
To update the data, click Edit at the end of the line.

4. Tickets
Participants and visitors/guests require a ticket to access the Hockenheimring and the event. This also entitles them to park directly in the paddock.
5. Declarations of participation
Each driver must confirm the conditions of participation, rules and waiver of liability in writing.
Please hand in the printed and signed declarations of participation of each team member together at check-in on 28.2.2026.
